Thank you for attending our Summer School!

And just like that, our Summer School 2021 is over and the transition back to term-time school has begun. We’ve had a wonderful summer but it hasn’t been without its difficulties. The pandemic has had a huge effect on our numbers and the practicalities of running a summer school with isolation rules have proved to be tough. That’s why I want to take a moment to reflect on the summer school and say a huge thank you to all involved. I am so grateful to our staff and volunteers, to our students, and to our parents and families who have entrusted their children to us in a tricky and uncertain time.

Our Summer School aims to develop new and existing performing arts skills and increase confidence and self esteem in all our students. It also provides the opportunity to perform in front of friends and family, offering a sense of achievement amongst children and young people. And of course it’s a great chance to meet new people and have fun! Here are just a few comments from parents and families who sent their children to our Summer School:

So again, I want to say a big thank you to those who attended our Summer School this year. I know you have many options when it comes to summer activities for your children, and so we thank you for choosing the Anna Fiorentini Summer School. We hope we met and exceeded your expectations. We can’t wait to get back to it next year and we are already hard at work planning an even more spectacular summer school – we hope to see you next summer!
