Earlier this year Stage & the City started a new Musical Theatre Company, comprised of a group of talented men and women who have a passion for the arts. Our wonderful Company are now set to star in their very own cabaret on the 6th of December at the Courtyard Theatre.
The cabaret was written, directed and choreographed by Harveen Mann, who is currently starring in Peter Pan at the Park Theatre. Harveen is a real asset to Stage & the City. Her professional experience and friendly but firm teaching methods have really taken our Musical Theatre Company to the next level.
I have been lucky enough to attend a few of the rehearsals in the lead-up to the show. Every time I have been blown away by how much talent our students have! Their voices sounded spectacular, they were confident, and most importantly, they all loved performing.
If the show is anything like the rehearsals that I’ve seen, it’s going to be a tremendous evening. Sadly, the show has now sold out, but if you have already purchased tickets, we hope you enjoy it!
