Musical Theatre Beginners-LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS Workshop

Our 12 week Musical Theatre Beginners course started on 19th April 2023, but it’s not too late to join! Sign up for the full course, or come along just for this workshop.

Come and join us for this upbeat, high-energy Little Shop of Horrors inspired Musical Theatre Beginners workshop where you can expect to have some fun, get your feet moving and heart pumping.

Learn a vocal and basic dance routine from this hit horror rock comedy musical with music by the fantastic Alan Menken (Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast).

If you enjoy the workshop and would like to enrol for the remainder of the course you will be given the opportunity to do so as long as spaces are still available.

No experience is necessary! Just the willingness to have fun and give it a go.

If you choose to sign up for the remainder of the course you will work with the Stage & the City team including our resident Musical Director, Jack Holliday, who will guide you through a selection of musical theatre numbers, working on improving and developing your essential components of acting, singing and dance.

You will develop the skills needed to perform in a musical and what it takes to keep an audience entertained. This is a great fun and fabulous way to develop upon skills you may already have, or learn some new ones! Let our classes take your talent to the next level!

All of our classes are taught in a fun and supportive environment. Most of the singing will be done as a group but there are opportunities for solos!

It doesn’t matter how old you are (as long as you’re over 18) you’re never too old to try something new!
